I am promoting my Fall courses. Guitar Level 2 MUS 122D and Digital Recording techniques MUS 272. These are two separate courses that I am teaching at UH Maui College in the Fall. The guitar class is for people that can play a few bar chords and are familiar with basic major, minor and seventh chords. You should be able to play a few songs with a musical sounding strum. The class is scheduled to meet from 10:30 to 11:45 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It’s a great value if you can make the commitment and you will really improve your playing.I think my ukulele class is full but there are a few spaces left for beginning guitar, MUS 121D.
The recording class will be based around students doing their own projects. People with either some musical background or recording experience will work with me at the college studio or my own personal Seaside Recording studio in Waiehu. The recording class will meet Friday mornings from 9 to 11:45. Other times may be scheduled as well.
