This is a work on progress. Please try it out and let me know what you think. I’ll make a video demo once it’s done. This is similar to what I played on my first CD, Probably better because I was really a beginner then.
I adapted my standard C6 tuning with a high G. I use an 8 string and add a few notes on my 7th string when I play it but I tabbed this for 6 string and it will give you all you need.
Just tune the lower G string ( my 5th string) down a half step to F# and you have the essence of the B11 tuning but 3 frets higher. This should get you started on the locations to get a sweet sound. Enjoy and let me know how it goes. I have a backing track for it too. Aloha, Joel
